Venti Corsair
Presenting Corsair! Corsair is a feral breed sculpt, largely based off of mustangs. He has been sculpted in a typical stallion pose depicting the prancy dance stallions do whilst sizing each other up before a fight! I used copious references of Pryors horses I photographed this summer! He is venti (1:20) scale and measures approximately 15cm (approx 6 inches) in length.
Corsair was sculpted to be the 2023 BMECS prize model but is being released simultaneously online. He is an open edition until the end of October 2023. He is supplied in artist-grade white resin and is cast at my home studio. Although his mold is made and casting, I have very few models left in hand so most orders will be cast to order--there will therefore be a lag time of approximately two weeks before your model is sent out to give me time to cast and clean your order. All photos show a primed copy to give you an idea of how well the detail shows up! You will receive the bare resin copy.
Corsair is also available in micro scale so check out the shop to see him in miniature!
All packages are sent with tracking and you will be emailed the tracking number when your parcel has been sent.
